The tour will start in ROME, where we will enjoy a food tour with wine tasting where we will search out the typical Roman specialties such as Pasta a cacia e pepe and of carbonara!

Adding to our culinary experience we will take a pasta making class so we will have some fancy skills to take home with us, sure to impress friends and family!

We will then, of course, visit the Colosseum and the Vatican to be awed by the impressive ruins of the ancient Romans, then off to FLORENCE.

Here we will take a full day tour in the heart of Chianti Classico for a food and wine tasting at a small boutique family winery. We will stop in Siena and San Gimignano, two walled-in medieval towns and Unesco world heritage sites.

You can't visit Italy without a stop to enjoy one of the beautiful coastal towns, we will take a day trip to Cinque Terre and a boat ride through the villages to explore the beauty there and taste some of their local wines.

In Florence, we will visit some of the most famous locations full of Renaissance treasures, such as the Duomo cathedral and the Academia to see the David by Michelangelo.

Last but not least...VENICE

Ahhhh, Romantic Venice.

Here we will once again enjoy a guided food tour by a local to taste the local specialties and wines from the region. We will take a guided tour of Venice with a visit to St. Marks square, Murano to see the glass blowers and clearly, you cannot do Venice without a gondola ride passing by the homes of Marco Polo and .....

Since we are so close to the Veneto winemaking region, we will take a day trip to do a prosecco tour, the only way to finish off this ten-day extravaganza is with...Bubbles!
